3.2.b - Every race will start at the posted time.
3.2.c - Drivers who miss practice will be allowed to join during the WARMUP session and will not be allowed to qualify.
3.2.d - The Driver’s Meeting will be held right before the race, all participating drivers are required to be present for the Driver’s Meeting in order to participate in the race.
3.2.e - If a driver leaves the server during the warmup session, that driver will not be allowed back into the server, and will be awarded last place points.
3.2.f - All drivers will be required to log into the server through Relay Anti-Cheat client. The client download can be found in the download section at MTM Online Racing's website.
3.2.g - Drivers who refuse will not be allowed to particpate in the race.

3.3 - Race Start

3.3.a - When the server session is changed to Race, all drivers must be sure they have the correct setup, and are on the starting grid. The race WILL NOT be restarted due to a driver loading the incorrect setup.
3.3.b - The pre-race will consist of two (2) or one (1) pace lap, depending on the size of the track.
3.3.c - When the pace car leaves the racing surface for the start of the race, the leader is required to maintain pace speed until the green flag is displayed.
3.3.d - When the green flag is displayed, all drivers are not allowed to pass any drivers in their pacing line until the drivers have reached the backstretch.
3.3.e - There will be no restarts due to crashes early in the race.

3.4 - Pitting

3.4.a - All drivers must notify other drivers when they pit, both by voice on Teamspeak and a text announcement in the game.
3.4.b - The game will determine pit road speed limit and penalize drivers in violation of the pit road speed limit. Penalties are as follows:
-Green Flag: Pass through penalty
-Yellow Flag: Driver is moved to the end of the longest pacing line
3.4.c - When leaving pit road, all drivers are required to notify other drivers that they are leaving pit road both by voice on Teamspeak and a text announcement in the game
3.4.d - After leaving pit road, drivers are required to follow these procedures referring to merging back onto the racing surface:
-Speedways/Short Tracks – Drivers are required to remain on the apron of the track until reaching the backstretch, where the driver is allowed to blend into the racing line
-Superspeedways – Upon leaving pit road, drivers are required to keep their left-side tires on the blend line (Yellow Apron Line) until turn one. Drivers must maintain the lowest possible line on the racing surface through the first and second turns and are allowed to blend into traffic once on the backstretch.
-Road Courses - Drivers must stay inside the blend line until the end of the line, at which the driver is allowed to blend into the racing line
3.4.e - EXCEPTIONS TO 3.4.d:
-Salem Speedway - Upon exiting pit road, stay low through turns 3 and 4 and blend into traffic on the frontstretch.
-USA International Raceway - Upon exiting pit road, keep your car as close to the bottom of turns 1 and 2 and blend with traffic on the backstretch
-Nashville Superspeedway - Drivers are required to use the pit access road upon leaving pit road at all times. Drivers are not required to use the access road for the entrance to pit unless they see fit.
3.4.f - While under caution, a driver is now allowed to break the plane of the rear bumper of the driver in front of him while the drivers are approaching their pit stalls.

3.5 - Cautions/Restarts

3.5.a - The game will decide if a spin/crash warrants a yellow flag. If a yellow flag is thrown, drivers should coast back to the start/finish line and catch up to the pacing line.
3.5.b - When the yellow flag is displayed, the field will be frozen at the point of the caution. When the field has come back to the start/finish line, the game will sort the field out and get every driver in the correct spot.
3.5.c - Drivers are asked to maintain a “staggered” pattern during caution laps. i.e. All drivers who are in “odd” positions should drop to the inside, and all drivers in “even” positions should go to the outside line.
3.5.d - The game will notify the field of the final pacing lap before the restart, at which the drivers will fall into their respective pacing lines: Lead lap cars will restart on the outside line and all cars one or more laps down will restart on the inside line.
3.5.e - When the green flag is shown after pacing laps or a caution period, drivers are not allowed to pass anyone in their pacing line. Passing is only allowed once drivers have reached the backstretch.
3.5.f - If a restart is within ten laps of the finish, rule 3.5.e is waived: When the green flag is shown, drivers are allowed to pass on the outside before the start/finish line. Once past the start/finish line, passing is allowed on the inside or outside.
3.5.g - If a restart is within ten laps of the finish, any cars on the tail end of the lead lap and any cars one or more laps down are required to drive down pit road in order to be placed at the rear of the field

3.6 - Penalties

3.6.a - Race administrators will not clear penalties unless the penalized driver can show proof that the penalty isn’t warranted.
3.6.b - Race administrators will decide whether a penalty will be served during the race or addressed post-race.

3.7 - Aggressive Driving

3.7.a - Agressive driving involves any and all actions on the racetrack that can potentially cause a hazard to other drivers and anything in which a driver shows contempt towards other drivers.
3.7.b - Aggressive driving will not be tolerated and will result in anything from an in-game penalty to a post-race points deduction.

3.8 - Superspeedway Rules

3.8.a - Superspeedways are defined as tracks exceeding 2 miles in length. Any rules stated below in the 3.8 category apply to all tracks classified as "Superspeedway"
3.8.b - Drivers are required to announce they will be pitting at the start of the intended lap.
3.8.c - If a driver drops his left side tires below the yellow line and advances his position, he is required to relinquish any positions gained while beneath the yellow line. Failure to do so will result in post-race penalties.
3.8.d - If administrators determine that a driver was forced below the yellow line, that driver is not required to relinquish positions gained.

3.9 - Post-Race Procedures

3.9.a - Any driver finishing within the top five is required to submit the log files recorded by the Data Aquisition Plugin. Failure to do so will result in that driver not being scored for the race.
